Dr. Bradley LeValley and staff were very accommodating, friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. LeValley thoroughly examined my problem and explained well from x-rays and exam, the diagnosis. His clear explanation and skill were very reassuring. I appreciate the office is clean and well organized.I did not need a root canal this time. I had a root canal done at this office years ago, which proved to be a positive experience . There was little pain and no complications. I am very grateful for this practice and Dr. LeValley.

Went in for an "emergency " root canal... After 5 prior days of excruciating pain and their expertise (Dr Lantz and crew) I am nearly pain free tonight! Great everything from booking til procedure was finished. SO appreciate them!!!! Highly recommended!

I have extreme anxiety about coming to the dentist and was petrified about the thought of getting my first root canal. Dr. Galen Geraets Did my root canal, and Maddy assisted. They gave me a blanket and I was able to use my anti-anxiety medication through it all which was extremely helpful. Maddy and I kept chatting about things like our dogs which helped my anxiety too. My tip for those who need work done, is to tell everyone you come into contact with that you're anxious and mention which parts are scariest. Also make sure to tell them if anything hurts and they will stop what they are doing to get some more numbing medication. This could be a me problem because dental numbing doesn't often work for long enough, so I had to have multiple "re-ups" but they were cool about it and got the pain under control right away. I kept my eyes closed through the whole procedure and my husband rubbed my foot to give me something else to think about. It felt like it took no time and we were done. Very skilled and efficient practice and everyone we met was very friendly and accommodating. So grateful to have found this practice and specifically Dr Geraets to keep in my back pocket in case I ever need a root canal again. Just had a root canal done there and it went amazing. The nurses are awesome and really make sure you are comfortable before the procedure. The procedure went by extremely fast and both the doctor and nurse tended to me when I needed more numbing. Would highly recommend this place for anything root canal related!

I was a little nervous about my root canal, I have a small mouth and getting work done leaves me leaving with a headache. But their team was awesome they were quick in their procedure, they put a guard in my mouth to keep it open with no strain on my jaw and defiantly know what they were doing. I would highly recommend them!

ChatGPT “referred” me to this practice for pain that had been going on for a month following a crown, and my experience was fantastic. Dr. Bergo was kind and gentle, and I was even provided with a warm fleece blanket and headphones to watch TV to take my mind off the procedure. If I need further endodotic treatment I’ll happily drive an hour there and back again for the level of care I received from this practice!

Dr. Dimond, Evan and the front desk ladies were amazing. Thank you all for fitting me in today for an emergency root canal. I was dealing with extreme life altering pain for 2.5months and in 1 hour it was all gone. The root canal was absolutely painless and I felt relieved from the first numbing shot. Highly recommend. It’s been 5ish hours and numbing has been wearing off. I feel great. I want to cry, in a good way this time. Tooth and Nerve pain is no joke and neither is Northern Colorado Endodontics. This office deserves a million.5 star rating. I called early morning with a referral due to an infection and SEVERE face swelling. The front desk heard my pain and miraculously got me in 2 hours later (even called to say I could come in sooner when the appointment before fell thru). I’m telling you I : hadn’t slept more than 3 hours a night in 4 days, am terrified of any teeth specialist, & thriving on a liquid diet - I was a crying MESS before I walked in their door. Every person from the front desk, to the sweetest assistant in the WORLD, and one “hail” of a doctor - made me feel so unbelievably comfortable & safe. Billing wise I knew the ballpark before they even looked in my mouth, and now I get to utilize services I did and save money on future procedures (where can you find that in healthcare anymore??) I truly felt they went above and beyond for me, and saved my tooth from being pulled!! Words cannot describe how thankful I am for them - I would shout their name from the mountains!! If you didn’t catch it, I would highly recommend this clinic!

Very pleased they were able to get my 90-year-old mother in the same day for a root canal. Everyone we came across was very friendly and professional. Procedure went smoothly. Dr. Kimball was the endodontist. Several years ago, Dr. LeValley took care of a gum infection I had and everything went well. I would not hesitate about referring anyone to this office, with any of the doctors.

I highly recommend Dr. Geraerts and staff. I was able to get in very quickly and had a pain free root canal done. They answered all of my concerns and questions. They were all very profressional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring!

I can not say enough great things about this office's staff and about Dr. Galen Geraets, who performed my root canal. I came in a week ago and began, but faced with a ton of nerves from past dental procedures, had a bit of a panic and was determined I needed to have some sedation to finish the procedure in a second appointment. Dr. Geraets discussed my options and NCE helped accommodate me to make finishing the procedure super comfortable and easy. Additionally, every time I needed to call, the receptionists were so kind and helpful and I appreciate how NCE does an insurance and out-of-pocket estimate before your appointment. Such a positive experience!

I visited Northern Colorado Endodontics several years ago when I needed a complicated molar root canal, and unknowingly also had a jaw infection that went on for some time. Dr. Bergo was very compassionate and professional, and I really felt that I was at the right office and was getting the best care possible for my terrible situation. I am grateful now that I found this office through a referral from the dentist. Of course, no root canal is a guarantee, but my experience overall at Northern Colorado Endodontics was very positive. Dr. Bergo is a competent and knowlegeable person that is concerned for his patients and will do his best to help them.

I would leave 6 stars if I could. I was referred by a local dentist for a probable root canal on one of my two front teeth. Upon arrival at NCE, I learned that I needed a more complicated procedure, but I would still be able to do it that day. Dr. Bergo explained the procedure, its success rate and how it compared to an implant (which would require a visit to another provider). I elected to stay with Dr. Bergo. I have had extensive dental work (cavities, crowns, root canals, orthordontia). The most painful part of this procedure was the numbing injection...and that includes the days after the procedure. I am 3 days out and have extremely minimal discomfort. Every patient is different, but I didn't need anything more than OTC ibuprofen. I was able to meet a friend for dinner the night of the procedure and didn't have to alter my life in any way as I recuperated. Many thanks to Dr. Bergo and staff!

After spending a weekend with a severe tooth pain that radiated on one side, my dentist once again sent me to NCE for a root canal. They were able to get me in the next day. They also text me to let me know an estimated cost for my procedure. My appointment time was less than an hour and they numbed me up so well! The next day I had severe swelling and called after hours to the doctor on call. He was quick to respond to me, asking details of what I was experiencing, and was able to quickly send in a prescription for an antibiotic. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly!! Highly recommend this business!

I had an emergency root canal treatment need and contacted NCE as an outpatient. The staff immediately got me in, get all paperwork and estimates. Next moment I know - I was with a friendly tech Stormy getting 3D x-rays done, then to the operation chair. Dr Shane Bergo is outstanding - easy hands and so experienced! Very thorough and precise the way how he works. I was feeling much better right after the procedure. And the costs turned out to be very reasonable, as compared to my prior experience with a root canal treatment. Overall, NCE has great people caring for their patients and offering a good value for top quality treatments. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this practice. I was in the middle of changing my dentist and I found a great dentist at Longmont Dental Care and he referred me to NCE. This was my second root canal and when I walked in for my consultation I remembered that I had been here before and my experience the first time was great. I had to battle with my insurance company because they are out of network but I found out that it was the same out of pocket cost no matter where I had to go. So I chose this practice. I want to express that the receptionist, the doctor and his assistant treated me with respect, gentleness and the procedure was like butter. The only pain I experienced was at a level 3 on a scale of 1-10! Again, I highly recommend Northern Colorado Endodontics.

Northern Colorado Endodontics (Becca and Norea) fit me into their schedule at the last minute. I was in quite a bit of pain. Dr Geraets did a great job performing the surgery and Stormy was an excellent assistant.

I do not have enough great things to say about this place and it’s staff. At the end of March I was experiencing horrible teeth pain that was causing a fever and a sore throat along with it. I went to see a previous dentist that ended up sending me home with no help or answers. With a wasted dental visit and still in tremendous pain, I was able to get ahold of this facility. They cleared their schedules and made time to fit me in the day I called. When I got to the office I was in severe pain and on the verge of crying. The office staff was very patient with me and was extremely friendly. I did not have to wait long before being called back. They knew I was in pain and could tell that I was uncomfortable. They numbed my mouth right away and began working on the issues I was presenting with. I ended up needing a root canal and had an infection due to waiting so long to be seen. The doctor and assistant I saw were so kind with me and gentle (I let them know that I have severe anxiety and fear about dental visits). They made me feel right at home and did everything they could to reduce my pain. After 45 minutes, I left the office and I was able to go home and sleep and eat, which I hadn’t been able to do in over 72 hours. This place literally saved me and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! If you are ever needing a root canal I wouldn’t see anyone else! Thank you Northern Colorado Endodontics for everything you did for me!

Dr. Shane Bergo is a true professional. I have had two root canals performed by Northern Colorado Endodontics, one at the Longmont office, and one at the Ft. Collins office a few months later (lucky me right?). Well, when my primary care dentist informed me that I needed another root canal on a different tooth, there was no question in my mind to go see Dr. Bergo again. His staff is polite and knowledgeable and Dr. Bergo really made me feel comfortable and confident. I'm sure I shouldn't advertise this as an expectation for other patients due to the nature of the work, but both root canals were painless and had quick, low/no inflammation recoveries. Amazing... I truly believe this is a testament to his skill in taking care of the area properly. No jabbing around, just precise professional work. I ended up without insurance on the last visit and I gladly paid the fee. No question. He is worth it!! Thank you Dr. Bergo !! I am a highly satisfied patient.

I was searching for a specialist for a root canal and called this office for a quote. They were so nice and helpful! They took the time to call my insurance and help me figure out costs. I ended up having my regular dentist do the root canal, but greatly appreciated their stellar customer service. Other specialists in town were not willing to help me determine costs, which was offputting for an expensive procedure. If I were to ever need to seriously see a specialist, this is where I would go!

No one likes having a root canal done, especially a repeat root canal. But if you have to have one I would highly recommend Dr. Levalley at NCE in Fort Collins. He was nice, professional, and did a great job! Everything about my experience was great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Facility was very nice and clean.

Came here for a root canal as recommended by Front Range Dental. I've always had a fear of dentists and I've heard a lot of horror stories about root canals so needless to say I was very nervous. The staff hear put my anxiety to rest. Very friendly staff and they explained the whole procedure to me so I wasn't left in the dark. Emergency root canal by Dr. Geraets in Longmont. The office staff and dental assistant were so kind and professional and the waiting room and office were warm and welcoming.
